Here is your chance to fight against Impunity in Kenya. Impunity or exemption from punishment is a dangerous cancer affecting negatively on the citizens and spreading like bush fire in Kenya. Say no to impunity and demand action against all criminals. Support by joining the cause to end impunity in Kenya.

Impunity in Kenya is not just limited to the post election violence. It has permeated the very fabric of Kenya. The Anglo leasing, Goldenberg cases, Dr. Robert Ouko, Tom Mboya, bank robberies, Government tender system are but some of the ones one can talk about from the endless list. Was anyone effectively prosecuted, NO.? People instead were persecuted for pointing to these cases, many died.

YOU SHOULD BE DOING THIS TO ACHIEVE MORE POLITICALLY,I REMEMBER THIS BILL WAS BROUGHT BY THE GOVERNMENT BUT YOU REFUSED IT. WHY NOW YOU WANT IT. PEOPLE SHOULD GO TO HAGUE. DON'T USE THIS BILL TO GAIN SUPREMACY IN POLITICS. HAGUE IS THE BETTER WAY AS YOU USED TO SAY.

This is a very good thing you have set out to do. In fact, all Kenyans except our Cabinet, want real punishment for everyone who supported and/or carried out the atrocities of 2007/08 and before. Only problem is; can you get the numbers from your fellow corrupt MPs who we all know are in the payroll of key govt sponsors of impunity?

This is a unique chance to cleance our political class of the culture of impunity, in every elction year we have seen violence being used as away of "hording" people to vote in a certain manner. Let those who exemplified this during the 2007 elections act as an example by answering for thier misguidance. The country will be "re-born" again with a new culture of civility in our approach to campains. We will nolonger "zone" the country, threaten our opponents, hire goons, ethnisize our politics, do away with tribal/regional kings e.t.c. Let politicians and those who head various institutions be accountable for their words and actions.

Maybe my Mp is sitting cool and comfortable because his constituency wasn't really affected. But let him know that there are many of us out there and really suffered. Wake up Hon Muriuki. Stop your indulgence in ignorance.

The wananchi may seem quiet at this time round as MPs/ the cabinet knock their heads together. However, the interpretation from my point of view and that of my associates is that we want justice to be done for the 1st time in Kenya or for Kenyans. If we try to mention all the inhuman actions that have taken place since independence, and especially so during the Moi era, the list is endless. Thus, for us Kenyans this is the opportunity of a life time- the ICC. It is the opportunity that we have always waited for. We have all once in a while asked ourselves doesn't anyone with power for that matter care? I m sure that president Kibaki, the prime minister did ask themselves the same question when they fought for multi-partism and democracy.( but waheshimiwa, what happened when you got the power?) Is Kenya sinking to the dogs as everyone is watching? We are tired of the stench of corruption in every branch root and leaf of the tree-Kenya. Stop telling foreigners not to lecture you.All that is happening is God answering the prayers of many wananchi, that "God please send us someone who will save us from this misery" Mrs Clinton was very right when she said that good governance is inevitable for total success in Kenya. For your information ministers, a corrupt free Kenya does not only benefit the common Kenyan generations to come but also yours. In conclusion therefore the Tribunal and the ICC- on your marks, get set,GO! No TJRC at this time. may be TJRC can come in after all the prosecutions have been done and of course with peaceful and just reputable people, not the currently sworn in lot which is a slap on the face of Kenyans.
