I almost laughed when I saw a band of Kenya’s stock market body men including a finance minister showing their faces—surely they pose their faces very well for cameras to take—and reminding a rather very dignified Tanzanian prime minister of how Tanzania forbid her people from participating in safaricom IPO. I wondered whether they were asking him why Tanzania forbid her people from being coned of their hard earned money the way Kenyans were conned during the safaricom and co-op bank IPO,s; that is, if put say, KSH 10,000 into the IPO,s , HALF OF IT i.e KSH,5000 was wiped out into some people’s pockets. I wished I could reach the prime minister or Tanzania and tell him to tell Tanzanians that, unless they want to be conned, they should hold their horses until we have eradicated conmen out of our lives otherwise –WAKIINGIA STOCKMARKET YA KENYA SAURI YAO—I wished I could kindly point out to him how professional Tanzania people are that even in the worst global stock market crisis last year, their market capitalization was stable, ours’ dropped with the gravitational acceleration. For once, I saw in the Tanzanian prime minister the beauty of an honest leadership no matter what tribe the leadership come from; oh yes I saw in him the need to eradicate conmen, fraudsters, swindlers etc, ministers or what, from our lives even if that means—well by whatever means. And the formula for eradicating conmen from outlives? Well simple: when they remind you that you are a Luo, a Kikuyu, Maasai, a Mijikenda, Luhya—oh yes, when they remind you are –i don’t know a what, tell them there is a tribe they have forgotten to tell you about—the tribe called impunity whose ethnic people is comprised of conmen, murderers, rapists, thieves, swindlers, fraudsters etc and that you have no problem with any other Kenyan tribe except the tribe of impunity and this is why we have to get a local tribunal to deal with members of this tribe. This is the formula Tanzanians have used and they are o,k .I cannot speak for the Tanzanian prime minister, but perhaps unknown to him he gave us an opportunity to compare and contrast between a good man and a bunch of idiots behind him. For once, I wished I was a Tanzanian; I would not have been conned during safaricom and co-op bank IPO,s. But then I remembered that Tanzanians have worked for their country; we have to work for ours when the tribe of impunity is no more. And ofcourse if a thug cheat me once shame on him; if he cheats me again, shame on ME. Thugs will never cheat me again. And if you are still in these one-man-owned stock brokerage firms and you are not in those owned by banks, ask yourself whether shame is to the crooks or to you if one of these days they collapse without notice. |

CAN ANYBODY DETECT THE LANGUAGE OF RAPISTS: I close my eyes as I repeat the phrase “fuck you” in a site like this that will be visited even by the international community. People in the international community including the U.S ambassador MR. MICHAEL RANNEBEGER, this is their language. Judge what is in their heads if they can use such a language in global, family site like this one; judge what they can do when their paymasters call them to kill; judge whether cutting the throats of an entire family and raping a small girl, the sole survivor in the family they have just wiped out, is anything to them. International community, this are the kind of people we, Kenyans, are up against. Mr. MICHAEL RANNEBEGER, and by extension president Obama who has appointed you, kindly accept our humble apologies for the language here used. Your Excellency the US ambassador you live in Kenya and you know this is not the language of the Kenyan society. We kindly request the international community to stand with us as we eradicate impunity from among us. Mr. Imanyara is the person currently representing the aspiration of all of us—and when I say “us” I mean minus murderers—I kindly request the envoys representing the European union countries, the U.N and U,S and those other countries who believe that what happened to Kenya should never again be repeated --- please Your Excellencies book for Mr. Imanyara to address the EUROPEAN UNION PARLIAMENT, U.S SENATE AND THE U.N GENERAL ASSEMBLY, because for sure, we have doubts with a big number of MP,s we elected. To those who direct foul language even to foreign diplomats, well time is running out for you; time is running out even for your paymasters; enjoy the small time left. |

I agree only a fool does not change his mind. But only a fool can not see more than half of the current parliament are beneficiaries of corruption. If they do NOT vote with their stomachs, they vote with their tribal tag on their forehead. Through corruption they have amassed so much wealth to buy anybody including their fellow MPs who is seen to oppose their ill gotten status. This Hon. Imanyaras bill is a good one but as much it has my support it will go nowhere. We have seen golden berg issues that led to collapse of many banks in this country. Anglo leasing, Nyayo Pioneer car, maize scandals Governments projects like the VP house construction that continues to eat into the exchequer, expansion of our educational institutions which have never taken off with some seating like monsters that took billions of our taxes. Majority of the leaders who are responsible for these calamities continue to improvise Kenyans. Some stay in grabbed plots in up market areas and continue to lecture us on good governance. How does Hon. Imanyara expect support from his fellow MPs who have even refused to have their salaries taxed. Even if you pass a thousand bills for this country very little will change. The same politicians will use their ill gotten wealth to defeat justice. I have always said even with the current constitution/bills if well adhered to Kenya would be very far. Those who have amassed/stolen from Kenyans should by now languishing in Kamiti prison if the past leadership (s) was willing or NOT involved in corruption itself. However Kenyans have been given the opportunity to do the very least vote some of these thugs out of parliament during elections. But Kenyans in majority of cases and with some inducement from MPs to be vote them back. I may be accused of moving out of the main point. But how can you expect a two thirds support from a polarized parliament.
1. Passage of this bill will expose powerful ministers across both parties (ODM & PNU) to the extent that their leaders are unwilling to support for fear of loosing support from their tribesmen. Cash is and will continue to change hands to ensure this bill is defeated.
2. I urge Kenyans to wake up and re-discover the potential we have to improve this society. And this will NOT be through bills, setting up of commissions and commissions of enquiry.
With an improvised society where corruption took root after independence and has continued to be perfected by every successful leader (s), the society continue to inject poverty by the day. With this so many youth some with university education can NOT get jobs. Militants who paid up with the ill gotten wealth by our leaders continue to use this weakness mercilessly.
Our leaders have failed us totally and one wonders if we as Kenyans can be paid to kill and maim each other then we have no business talking good about Kenya.

How can some ministries be run by one community?
I was greatly perplexed by Mr. Barrack Muluka’s recent assertion on Citizen T.V. that there is nothing wrong with certain communities controlling some ministries in the country. His argument was that this is only done by a clique that is not necessarily serving their community but rather individual interests. This could be true but a close look at those ministries or organizations will reveal a lot of things. People in his school of thought should realize that most of the problems afflicting this country are as a result of this kind of leadership where certain individuals from certain communities or quotas take up and control certain institutions in the country. Well, why should members of one community control a whole ministry when there are 42 ethnic communities in the country? Are they the only ones qualified to take up these positions? Once the top positions are occupied by a clique definitely the junior positions in those institutions will also be occupied by their friends and relatives. And many members of that community will benefit either directly or indirectly at the expense of other communities. This must stop. How can this promote national integrity? Members of other communities will obviously feel short changed and will only wait for an opportune time to act.
Barrack argues that the former president recruited many members of his community in the armed forces simply because a clique requires instruments of power to safeguard its status quo. Fine, but what about qualified people from other communities? These kinds of systems are the recipes for corruption, impunity and injustice as witnessed in this country. If indeed we want to inculcate the principle of justice and fairness, we must move away from this and appoint people in public institutions based on merit. The danger of having a community controlling public and other institutions is that they can lock out other communities from accessing services in those intuitions with fairness. Look at what is happening in the stock market. Who are the main players here and why? Look at local banking institutions: who calls the shots here and why? What about Safaricom Ltd? Look at what happened to Uchumi Supermarkets. People colluded and brought it down and because they had government connections, the government went a head and used tax payer’s money to ‘salvage’ the company! Now should we allow cliques to control public institutions? NO SIR. This is not the way to go. It encourages tribalism, favoritism and violation of basic human rights. Governance, leadership and ruling through cliques is not acceptable anywhere in the world! GOD SAVE KENYA.GOODBYE TO IMPUNITY.

THE BILL WILL SEE THE LIGTH OF THE DAY |

Imanyara’s bill will go nowhere? No way! I believe Mr. Imanyara’s bill will go somewhere because if the corrupt kick it out in parliament, they will have chosen which side of impunity they are and indeed some have already done so. Every Kenyan including their children in the armed forces will have seen that all legal avenues to address impunity have been closed. And if there is someone out there who think the international community is toothless, let them ask sadam Hussein—that is if he can still talk. Mr. Imanyara is currently representing our aspirations and because talking to the Kenyan parliament the day he brings the bring will bring a lot of hostilities, as some one has said, we request their excellencies the ambassadors to request the EUROPEAN UNION PARLIAMENT, UN GENARAL ASSEMBLY AND THE U.S SENATE to let Mr. Imanyara to address them because by so doing the international community will know what his bill is all about and it will be deduced who is standing on the way of ending impunity in Kenya--- indeed Mr. Imanyaras bill will end up somewhere—it may not see the light of the Kenya parliament day but it will see the light of the day all the same. Please your excellencies and more so the American ambassador accept our apologies for the language used elsewhere here. |

I have always said in this forum that Kibaki is woolly, out of touch with the needs of the people and just like the old statesman Moi keep on abusing the constitution by having selective amnesia.
Once again it is not that the current constitution is bad. The high priest has too much power he is infact imperial just like the queen of England. When the Alterboy Kalonzo defends the president that he widely consulted what does this mean exactly? Wako his cheif legal advisor was not consulted neither was Kilonzo of justice. This is in itself impunity. The Associate pastor was neither consulted. I remind kenyans once more that the high Priest might find himself going for a third term i say THIRD TERM IN OFFICE. I wonder which universe the president spend most of his time. The kiraitu's and the spin doctor mutua are wasting tyme defending someone not worth defending.
is this not asking kenyans of goodwill to go to the streets and demonstrate? This president need not be in office. Young men and women of goodwill the rich, old and tired guards will rape our future as we watch. What we need is a Revolution. What a dissappointment. |

The leaders of this country just want to forget and bury there heads in the sand. I think we should get the hague option rolling then the local tribunal will follow later when the warlords are out of the country. You just have to look at the Mau saga and realise that so long as there is some Kenyans who think they have a monopoly of violence and that they can hold everyone to ransom then this has to stop. But the method being used wont work so long as the warlords and in position of influence. |

A wise man changes his mind, a full never. We were all for the Hague because we had no faith in our judiciary. But now we have realized that the actual rapists, those whose hearts were beating heavily with a lot of excitement as they unzipped their trousers to rape and inject HIV deliberately into small girls; And this not because there was a stolen election but because they foolishly believed they could take other people’s land and property by this means cannot all go to the HAGUE and we have to apply justice on them here. And because we are wise, and all Kenyan small girls know that you could have been forced to watch as they cut the throat of your mother, father and brothers, who would probably die while praying that GOD may save you; and after witnessing them die, a band of 20 heavy HIV positive monkeys would painfully rape a girl in turns and laugh as they ruined her life forever by injecting HIV into her, oh yes because we are wise, we have said: paymasters of rapists will GO to Hague; those who did the actual raping tuko na nyinyi hapa, hapa. And who is Imanyara working for? Well, unless the devil who was urging you on when you were enjoying rape also took with him your brains, we don’t know how many times we have to tell you that Imanyars is working for us Kenyans. As for mutahi ngunyi, who is being quoted fondly elsewhere here, I read your ka-column on the Sunday Nation and had it not been for the fact that the Nation newspaper also gave us OUR BILL, I will probably have avoided the Sunday Nation for many days to come. But the NATION NEWPAPER is o.k. only that your ka-column and its foolishly concocted and fictional stories will only have the support of rapists and murderers. Standard three girls when they see you on TV may ask is that the guy who supports rapists. Mutahi ngunyi leave small jokes out of justice; these small jokes are not amusing to anyone or for sure, since Imanyara is working for us, who are you working for? Working for rapists and their paymasters? Rapists are panicking; murderers are panicking; arsonists are panicking and their only hope is the yelling MP,s who actually say nothing. We have a message for them: mambo bando! Imanyara was initially for the Hague because someone had initially told us they were going to control the tribunal; and so we also were for the Hague. But because we realize that not all can go to the Hague, we have made up our minds in a much better way by saying: THOSE FAT-BELLIED, LOUD-MOUTHED, STEALING PAYMASTERS OF THE RAPISTS GO TO THE HAGUE:THOSE WHO DID THE ACTUAL UNZIPPING TO RAPE AND INJECT HIV TO INNOCENT WOMEN—NYINYI NI HAPA,HAPA NA WACHA KUTETEMEKA. Even if it took you ten years to learn ABC… surely, is this so difficult to understand? And so please can you spare us the talk of who Imanyara is working for, or that he sometime ago he supported Hague or such small silly talk. |
